ETHICAL FINANCING: IS IT NECESSARY

Finance can be easily explained as the study of money and how to use it in simple terms. So is ethics important in financing? If so, then to what extent?

Ethical financing involves the ideals of faith, sustainability and honesty taken into account while doing any financial transaction. It  includes the value based principals, respect and integrity any company has towards its financial transactions. The factors of time and money are somehow interrelated and so are the values of justness and fairness related to it. Ethics in finance may vary from business to business but the core values remain the same. Trust and belief of the people while participating at any stage of financial transaction has to be considered very seriously and then the decisions should be taken.

In finance industry, everyone is expected to play a part which they should respect and carry out with full honesty and integrity. Any money transaction can be taken as a movie where every one has an important part to play; from the finance manager to the customer or the receiver, each of them are required to live up to their name and should not let any kind of greed or dishonesty get into the way of an honest transaction. Investments, day-to-day transactions; all of them are an important part of finance and require a great amount of dedication towards honesty and integrity.

IS IT NECESSARY? IF SO, WHY?

Providing unequal information, cheating, mala fide and other forms of unethical practices stain a business's reputation and restrain other people from investing into those firms and participating in other forms of transactions.
